How does shipping work?
Packages are shipped via UPS Ground. Expected delivery to facilities in the North East is approximately 1-2 days from TIME OF SHIPPING, NOT time of order placed.
There is a $10 service fee added to shipping on every order for picking,shipping your order.
Shipping and product availability is subject to delays due to order volume and demand.
Tracking and delivery confirmation will be provided.
Once shipped you will receive a notice and confirmation on delivery. If any items are out of stock you will also be notified.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
The fastest and easiest way to process ask about an exchange is to call (845) 210-4661.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any food, perishable, and refrigerated items. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items that have been opened.
What if food items spoil because of a delay in receiving?
We are not responsible for any situation where the package is refused or held up of perishable items spoil. Please make sure you check with the individual facility on what is allow, the weight allowed, and if the inmate can receive packages.
For Example:
- There is a delay in the mail room
- The inmate is out to court
- The inmate has lost package room privileges
- The inmate placed is a situation that does not allow packages to be delivered
- The inmate is over allowable package limit
- The inmate is transferred to another facility
- The inmate refuses the package
Can you cancel an order?
You may cancel an order prior to the order being picked and packaged for shipment. Time of the order being picked will vary based on day of the week, time of day and demand. Please call (845) 210-4661 right away if you would like to cancel an order or cancel through the website prior to processing.
